This Knoxville Neighborhood is So Convenient!

Kingston Hills and Kingston Woods neighborhoods are just off Morrell Road, near West Town Mall.  They are central to everything in West Knox.  Most of the homes here were built in the 60’s but, there is still new construction happening here, even now.

This is a great neighborhood for walking and biking.  The lots tend to be a bit larger, and many of the homes retain their 1960’s flavor. Split level ranchers, modernist styles and traditional brick facades are among the styles you will see when you drive through.

Access to highways and interstates is also excellent, and within a few minutes you can be on I-40 or Pellissippi Parkway.  Or, use Westland or Northshore when you want to use surface roads to get to Bearden or Cedar Bluff. Residents here love the location! The neighborhood has three main access points, via Kendal Road or Luscombe Drive, or via Cessna which comes out onto Westland. The neighborhood is served by Rocky Hill Elementary, which is one of the area’s favorite elementary schools.
